1. Definitions
"Eagle All Security" (also "we", "us", "our") refers to Eagle All Security, registered at 103 Arcadian Gardens, London N22 5AE. "Customer" (also "you", "your") refers to any individual or organisation that engages our services.
2. Services
We provide security system installation services including CCTV, intruder alarms, door entry systems, and related security equipment. All services are subject to a prior site survey and written quotation.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quoted prices are fixed and include all equipment, labour, and VAT unless otherwise stated. No additional charges will be applied without your prior agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon acceptance of the quotation. We may require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion and testing of the installation. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
5. Installation
We will carry out installations in a professional and workmanlike manner, using equipment specified in the agreed quotation. Installation dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to your property.
6. Guarantee
All installations are covered by a 12-month parts and labour guarantee from the date of completion. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and equipment failure under normal use. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, power surges, or natural disasters.
7. Equipment Warranty
Equipment installed by Eagle All Security carries the manufacturer's warranty in addition to our installation guarantee. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We will assist with any warranty claims during the guarantee period.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before installation begins. If cancellation occurs after equipment has been ordered or installation has commenced, reasonable costs may be charged. We will always discuss costs with you before proceeding.
9. Liability
Eagle All Security carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted works. We are not liable for losses arising from system misuse, failure to maintain the system, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Data Protection
We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. CCTV systems installed by us may be subject to data protection regulations — we advise on compliance during installation.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication. If resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to mediation or the relevant UK courts.
